BLOWHOLE
Directions:
Pour all ingredients except Seltzer into shaker. Fill a Highball glass almost full of ice cubes, and
dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour drink into Highball glass. Add Seltzer, stir, and serve.
- 2 oz. Apple Brandy
- 0.25 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 Egg White
- 3 oz. Carbonated Water
