A Day at the Beach
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 1/2 oz Amaretto
- 4 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 oz Grenadine
- Ice
Directions:
Shake rum, amaretto, and orange juice with ice. Pour into a glass half filled with ice. Top with
grenadine, a pineapple wedge, and a strawberry
Corkscrew
- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Peach-flavored Brandy
- Ice
Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Top with a slice of lime.
Night Cap
- 2 oz Light Rum
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
- Warm Milk
Directions:
Put rum and sugar in a mug,. Fill with warm milk and stir. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bacardi Cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi Rum
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- 1/2 tsp Grenadine Ice
Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass.
Crusty Creole
- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1 dash Tabasco Sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Beef Bouillon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ice
Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass full of ice. Top with a lemon wedge covered in pepper.
