

Dingo Salad
- 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1/2 oz Southern Comfort
- 1/2 oz Amaretto
- 2 oz Sour Mix
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 1 splash Grenadine
- Ice
Directions:
Combine and shake well with ice. Pour into a glass and top with a slice of orange.
Pink Flamingo
- 1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 3 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- Ice
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a hurricane glass 2/3 full of ice. Top with a pineapple wedge and a cherry
stuck on a paper umbrella.
Bermuda Triangle
- 1/2 oz Spiced Rum
- 1 oz Peach Schnapps
- 3 oz Orange Juice
- Crushed Ice
Directions:
Pour ingredients into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Firefighter's Sour
- 2 oz Light Rum
- 1 tbsp Grenadine
- Juice of 2 Limes
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
- Club Soda
- Ice
Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Fill glass with club soda. Top with lime wedge and a cherry.
Plant Punch
- 2 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Jamaica Rum
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- Juice of 1/2 Orange
- 1 tsp Pineapple Juice
- 2 dash Triple Sec
- 1 dash Grenadine
- Ice
Directions:
Pour all ingredients except alcohol and grenadine into a glass filled with ice. Stir until glass is
frosted. Add Jamaica rum and light rum and stir. Top with Triple Sec and grenadine. Add and
orange and pineapple wedge on top. Serve with a straw.
