

Pina Colada
- 3 oz Light Rum
- 3 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 5 tbsp Crushed Pineapple
- 2 cubs Ice
Directions:
Blend at high speed until smooth. Strain into a glass and serve with a straw. Top with a pineapple wedge and a
cherry.
Banana Cow
- 1 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Creme de Banana
- 1 1/2 oz Cream
- 1 dash Grenadine
- Crushed Ice
Directions:
Shake ingredients with crushed ice and strain into a glass. Top with a slice of banana and sprinkle lightly with
nutmeg.
Cuba Libre
- 2 oz. Dark Rum
- Cola
- Lime or Lemon wedge
- Ice
Directions:
Pour rum over ice cubes in a collins glass. Fill with cola and squeeze lime or lemon wedge into drink and drop
into glass.
Pineapple Fizz
- 2 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
- Club Soda
- Ice
Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into glass 1/4 full of ice cubes. Fill with club soda and stir gently.
Beachcomber
- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz Grenadine
- 1 oz Sour Mix
- Ice
Directions:
Moisten the rim of a glass and dip it in sugar. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a glass. Top with a lime
wedge.
