

Rum Relaxer
- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Grenadine
- Lemon-Lime Soda
- Ice
Directions:
Pour all ingredients except lemon-lime soda over ice and shake well. Pour into a hurricane glass and fill with
lemon-lime soda. Top with an orange slice and a cherry.
Bolero
- 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
- 3/4 oz Apple Brandy
- 1/4 tsp Sweet Vermouth
- Ice
Directions:
Stir well with cracked ice. Strain into a glass half filled with ice cubes.
Havana Cocktail
- 3/4 oz Light Rum
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Ice
Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into a a glass. Top with a twist of lemon peel.
Swamp Water
- 1 oz 151-proof Rum
- 1/2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Melon Liqueur
- Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz. Lime Juice
- Grenadine
- Ice
Directions:
In a hurricane glass splash some grenadine. Add ice, then rum, gin, and melon liqueur. Fill with pineapple juice.
Top with a hand full of green straws to look like reeds and a plastic frog.
Boston Commons
- 2 oz Light Rum
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
- 2 oz Club Soda
- Club Soda
- Cracked Ice
Directions:
Into a glass pour lemon juice, sugar, and 2 oz club soda. Stir well. Fill glass with cracked ice. Add rum. Fill with
club soda and stir well. Add a spiral of orange peel on top.
