Addington

•        2 oz. Dry Vermouth
•        2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
•        Club Soda
•        Orange wedge
•        Ice

Directions:
Pour ingredients into a chilled collins glass with ice. Stir and fill with with club soda. Twist
orange into drink and drop into glass.
Adonis Cocktail

•        3 oz. Dry Sherry
•        1 oz. Sweet Verrmouth
•        Dash orange bitters
•        Orange wedge

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a pitcher or container with ice and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist
orange wedge over drink and drop into glass.
Americano

•        2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
•        2 oz. Campari
•        Club soda
•        Orange twist

Directions:
Mix alcohol in a mixing glass with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass. Fill with several
ice cubes and club soda with an orange twist.
Any Port in a Storm

•        3 oz. Ruby Port
•        1 oz. Cognac
•        1 oz. Lemon juice
•        1 tsp. Maraschino Liqueur
•        Club soda
•        Ice

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a shaker or blender and pour into a chilled highball glass. Add additional
ice and fill with club soda.
Appetizer

•        2 1/2 oz. Dubonnet rouge
•        Orange juice

Directions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a blender or shaker and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
