Port Sangaree

•        5 oz. Port
•        1 tsp. Sugar syrup
•        Grated Nutmeg

Directions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a chilled wine goblet and top with grated nutmeg.

Reform Cocktail

•        2 oz. Dry Sherry
•        1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
•        Several dashes orange bitters

Directions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Rhine Wine Spritzer

•        4 oz. Rhine Wine
•        Club Soda

Directions:
Pour chilled Rhine wine into a wine goblet with ice cubes and fill with club soda.

Wine Lemonade

•        Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
•        1/2 oz. Sugar syrup
•        5 oz.Wine (drinker's preference)
•        Club Soda
•        Lemon Slice

Directions:
Dissolve syrup in lemon juice in a collins glass. Fill with wine and club soda. Garnish with lemon
slice.

Wyoming Swing

•        2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
•        2 oz. Dry Vermouth
•        4 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
•        1 tsp. Sugar syrup
•        Orange slice

Directions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with orange
slice.
