Black Velvet

•        1/2 pint Guiness Extra Stout
•        1/2 pint Champagne

Directions:
Pour prechilled ingredients into a chilled highball or pint glass. Be sure not to lose the fizz by
stirring gently
Broken Spur

•        1 oz. White Port
•        3/4 oz. Gin
•        3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
•        1 Egg yolk
•        1/2 tsp. Anisette
•        Grated Nutmeg

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a blender with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with some
grated nutmeg.
Byrrh Cassis

•        2 1/2 oz. Byrrh
•        1 1/2 oz. Creme de Cassis
•        Club soda

Directions:
Mix alcohol into a chilled wine goblet and then add club soda and ice cubes.
Champagne Cocktail

•        Champagne
•        1 sugar cube
•        Several dashes Angostura bitters
•        Lemon peel
•        Orange peel

Directions:
Place sugar cube in a champagne flute and saturate with bitters. Add champagne. Twist
lemon and orange peel and drop into drink.
Champagne Napolean

•        1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
•        1/2 oz. Curacao
•        1/2 oz. Maraschino liqueur
•        Champagne

Directions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Fill with
cold champagne.
