Chocolate Cocktail

•        2 1/2 oz. Ruby Port
•        1 1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
•        1 Egg yolk
•        1 tsp. Grated chocolate

Directions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a blender and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with grated
chocolate.
Death in the Afternoon

•        2 oz. Pernod
•        Champagne

Directions:
Stir pernod in a mixing glass with ice to chill. Pour pernod into a champagne flute and fill with
champagne.
Bamboo Cocktail

•        2 oz. Dry Sherry
•        2 oz. Dry Vermouth
•        Several dashes Angostura bitters
•        Ice

Directions:
Stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Diablo (or Devil)

•        1 oz. White Port
•        3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
•        Dash Lemon Juice
•        Lemon Peel

Directions:
Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and pour into a chilled champagne glass, twist
lemon peel over glass and drop into drink.
Dubonnet Fizz

•        2 oz. Dubonnet
•        1 1/2 oz. Orange juice
•        1 oz. Lemon juice
•        Club soda
•        Ice

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a chilled collins glass. Add ice cubes and
fill with soda.
