Dubonnet Fizz

•        2 oz. Dubonnet
•        1 1/2 oz. Orange juice
•        1 oz. Lemon juice
•        Club soda
•        Ice

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a chilled collins glass. Add ice cubes and fill with soda.

Duplex Cocktail

•        2 oz. Dry Vermouth
•        2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
•        Several dashes Orange bitters
•        Ice

Directions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a mixing glass stirring briskly and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

French 75

•        1 oz. Lemon juice
•        Dash sugar syrup
•        1 oz. Cognac
•        Champagne

Directions:
Mix lemon juice and sugar syrup together until syrup dissolves in a chilled collins glass, then add cognac and
fill with champange.

General Harrison's Eggnog

•        1 egg
•        1 cup Cider

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a blender with ice and pour into a chilled highball glass.

Inca Cocktail

•        1 oz. Amontillado
•        1 oz. Dry Vermouth
•        1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
•        1 oz. Gin
•        1 tsp. Sugar syrup
•        Several Dashes orange bitters

Directions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a shaker and pour into a delmonico glass.
