Wine - Drink Station (One Hop Stop)

Sherry Twist

•        3 oz. Amontillado
•        1 oz. Cognac
•        1 oz. Dry Vermouth
•        1/2 oz. Curacao
•        Several dashes Lemon Juice
•        Pinch Cinnamon

Directions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled Delmonico glass, topping with
cinnamon.

Sherry Cobbler

•        4 oz. Amontillado
•        Several dashes Curacao
•        Several dashes Sugar syrup
•        Lemon Peel

Directions:
Fill a chilled wine glass with crushed ice and add dashes of curacao and sugar syrup and mix.
Then add amontillado and mix again. Twist lemon peel and drop into drink.

Ship Cocktail

•        3 oz. Dry Sherry
•        3/4 oz. Whiskey
•        3/4 oz. Rum
•        Several dashes Orange bitters
•        Several dashes Prune juice

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.

Sherry Eggnog

•        4 oz. Amontillado
•        1 Egg
•        1 cup Milk
•        1 tsp. Brown Sugar
•        Grated Nutmeg

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a blender with ice and pour into chilled collins glass, topping the drink with
grated nutmeg.

Satin's Whiskers

•        1 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
•        1 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
•        1 oz. Gin
•        1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
•        4 oz. Orange Juice
•        Dash of orange bitters

Directions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled balloon wine glass.
