Mimosa

•        6 oz. Brut Champagne
•        3 oz. fresh Ornage Juice

Directions:
Chill orange juice and champagne and mix together in a chilled wine goblet to individual taste.
Add ice if needed

Third Rail

•        3 oz. Dry Vermouth
•        Several Dashes Curacao
•        Several Dashes Peppermint Schnapps
•        Orange Peel

Directions:
Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Twist orange peel
and drop into glass.

Nightmare Abbey

•        1 1/2 oz. Dubonnet
•        1 oz. Gin
•        1 oz. Orange Juice
•        1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy

Directions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Tuxedo

•        3 oz. Dry Sherry
•        1/2 oz. Anisette
•        Several Dashes Maraschino liqueur
•        Several Dashes Angostura bitters

Directions:
Mix ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Nineteen

•        3 oz. Dry Vermouth
•        1/2 oz. Gin
•        1/2 oz. Kirsch
•        Several Dashes Pernod
•        Several Dashes sugar syrup

Directions:
Mix ingredients in a shaker and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
