• 4 oz. White Wine (dry) • 1 oz. Gin • 1/4 tsp. Curacao • 1 1/2 oz. Fruit Punch • Club soda • Orange Peel
Directions: Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice and pour into a chilled collins glass. Fill with club soda and twist orange peel and drop into glass.
Philomel Cocktail
• 3 oz. Amontillado • 1 oz. St. Raphael • 1 oz. Rum • 1 1/2 oz. Orange juice • Pinch white pepper
Directions: Mix ingredients in a shaker or blender with ice and strain into a chilled wine goblet. Sprinkle white pepper on top.
Weep No More
• 1 1/2 oz. Dubonnet • 1 1/2 oz. Cognac • 1 1/2 oz. Lime Juice • Several Dashes Maraschino Liqueur
Directions: Mix ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Port Milk Punch
• 4 oz. Ruby Port • 1 cup Milk • 1 tsp. Sugar • Grated Nutmeg
Directions: Mix ingredients in a blender with ice and strain into a chilled collins glass, topping with grated nutmeg.
Whispers of the Frost
• 1 oz. Ruby Port • 1 oz. Dry Sherry • 1 oz. Bourbon • 1 tsp. Sugar syrup • Lemon Peel
Directions: Mix ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Twist lemon peel and drop into drink.
Zanzibar
• 2 oz. Dry Vermouth • 2 oz. Gin • 1 oz. Lemon Juice • 1 sugar cube • Several dashes orange bitters • Lemon Peel
Directions: Saturate sugar cube with bitters in a wine glass. Mix other ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into glass. Twist lemon peel and drop into drink.
